Attic turned into a finished room

Framing and insulation, then drywall, tape and texture, trim, paint and carpet. Dead storage space became usable square footage.

Failing back fence, fully replaced

The old fence was grey, leaning and braced with metal posts. Tear-out, new posts set in concrete, and a full run of new pine privacy fence.
